I live in a tropical country and therefore, I sweat a lot. The thing is, usually if I go into an air-conditioned room (coming from outdoors), the sweating just gets worse. I think the change of temperature makes my underarm sweat more. My feet and hands are also so sweaty. It’s so embarassing!

i’m 18 and currently in college. My family seems to think that this excessive sweating isn’t really much of a problem. How I wish they know just how much this affected me! Being a teenager, I want to do a lot of things. I want to try new sports and join clubs and meet new friends but my excessive sweating makes me feel too insecure and embarassed and frustrated to engange in these activities.

And so, when I found out about Mike Ramsey’s ebook, I was so happy. But of course, I’m still hesitant to buy, after all the ebook costs about 40 bucks. So I want to hear feedback from people who already tried it just to find out if it really works.
