I also was scammed by the "free" product if you only pay shipping for $4.99. Before I knew what happened, my credit card had $80 plus credited without my knowledge. I tried to call the 1866 number that was advertised for cancellation and ended up speaking with someone in India that had no english and the phone line was so full of static, niether on of us could understand anything that was being said. I then went online to dispute this and was told to call the 1866 number. After many emails and corresponding with five different agents, was told the amount would be replaced on my credit card. So far, I am waiting. I did make a complaint to the B.B.B. and am waiting on that response. Big news, the product did not work as advertised! Or maybe, I should have only taken the Acai Berry and no food and then it would have been worth all that money. It is truely a scam of the year!
