CAVEAT EMPTOR – DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY LOTS OF MONEY. I ordered the trial so I thought. Within 24 hours I was charged $158. Called to cancle and they said they would cancle for me. Two weeks later I was charged $79.98. Tried to call to find out why and they said they had no record of me calling to begin with even though I had a cancelation number, the time and date, and the name of the person I talked to . DO NOT ORDER!!!

the products work the way they say don’t expect amazing results go buy them at your local store/pharmarcy and aviod getting ripped off by the web but remember after you stop taking the colon cleanse you will get constitpated. sounds shit to me so eat more fibre instread and not so much junk food and you will lose weight. buy a dog instead and go for a run. just a thought

It is a scam cost me $16 for free trial then they charged my credit card $260 even though I received no product after my free trial. I called to cancel and they say they would look into refunding my money. (look into it) what the hell is there to look into they just stole money from me!!! Something needs to be done. How can they be allowed to just take money off my card this is stealing!!!!

That sounds like a bummer….that’s why I always read terms and conditions before I put my credit card number on the internet. Everyone knows that! I made sure I knew what I was signing up for. I actually ended up liking the product so I ended up keeping it for a few months. I do agree that it’s expensive but like the post above says, they r always having some sort of “discount” going on so i was able to talk em down to $39.50 I didn’t lose drastic weight. i lost 12 lbs in 3months. so decent I guess. I didnt feel a need to take them any longer than that though! I’d have to say that I do reccomend the product….just BE AWARE of what your getting into!

i had already filled in my credit card details to order the acai berry,and was aware of the monthly charge of £69.00. before sending it off i read about colon cleanse. same terms and conditions and same price,£69.00! so £138.00 a month seemed a bit steep. i did a bit more research and i came across this site. i am very grateful to everyone for your comments and will not be placing an order,but will look for something similar in the local health shops. good luck to everyone in their quest!

as all the previous comments, this is a BIG SCAM, got a pop up when i did order flush the fat trial, which was legit, all i pd was shipping on the 18 pill trial. and you can buy at walmart if you want to continue. but when this pop up came up i thought ok another trial, WRONG, charged my credit card twice and called to cancel and got an RMA # to return product, and was to get a refund for the unused portion that they were going to restock, beware of that restocking something that has been opened and was used as a free sample. this was on 11/12 product was returned, to this day still haven’t gotten a refund less restocking fees, i will continue to call this company everyday just to bug the crap out of them and complain everyday until i die if i have to, i may never get this refund but they will know me when call or change their # just so i don’t call, i have called 2 and 3 times a day just to get on thier nerves, and i have a date and name of every person i talk to, not that that helps anything but make me feel like i’m annoying them anyway. i’m in process of reporting them to the BBB now. they are LIARS AND THEIVES AND THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. please don’t be taken by this scam like so many of us have already, i wish i had read these comments before i ordered, but they make the ad sound so good……BEWARE!!!!!!

Pharma Labs, Acai Cleanse : I also got sucked in by the “free trial offer” meaning that I thought I was just paying for the $4.95 s & h charge but then got a $79.95 charge on my account. After the fact, I did re-review and it does sketchily say 10 day trial period vs. 30 day trial product, which is the confusing part. I may be a simple minded consumer, but I am not a person without respect. I feel stupid not only for ordering a simple herbal laxative that is 8 times over priced, I feel stupid for having been hood winked into such a purchase. Calling they did credit my account for this charge…but why should I even have to do that if the product and price is what it claims to be? I told the gal on the phone that I only wanted the “sample item” nothing else…not the monthly service JUST the sample product. Guess what? This charge showed up on my account today. I was never able to reach anyone on the phone, but I left a message voicing my anger and disapproval. Charges showed up on my account and that is what prompted me to call again and embarrassingly explain to a obviously very young girl, popping her gum, that I was searching for a product to help bowel elimination as a means of losing weight, more energy etc, etc…whatever. She reminded me that I had to return the items within 14 days or I would be charged $79.95 full price. THEN the real marketing motivation and draw in to continue, they’ll give you a “surprise” 50 % discount to keep getting a product that could not be actually be worth more than $6.00. If you don’t call some pay the $79.95, if you do you get a discount. So if you’re stupid enough not to call, $79.95 is charged to your CC. If you call because you’re on SS, scared to death about sudden bank charges you didn’t know were coming and embarrassed you got such a “stupid” charge for such a “stupid” product and you can’t pay your rent they’ll give you the discount which still works for them in a big way, but is still “stupid” for you!
The ingredients aren’t going to kill you, hopefully, but the unscrupulous sales tactics may. This company and those copy cat companies won’t be around long on their own, they are just one of the many product marketing fads that pop up everywhere trying to make a big grap it and run profit. Folks, go to your doctor, your health food store or the grocery vegetable section…get the same for way less and keep your dignity!

this is a rip off. i tried to cancel my subscription to this rubbish before the 15 day deadline, but was charged £297.00 to my credit card unlawfully. this is happening to thousands of people worldwide. the banks are aware but cant do anyhting as they hide the costs in the small print. please dont fall for this!
