They set you up with a different company, which is not governed by their 30 day money back guarantee. You must individually cancel yourself from that one. When I contacted the bank they have had numerous complaints about this. I tried Wu Yi tea. I decided it wasn’t for me, so I cancelled within the 30 day period. They still tried to take money from my account. Also, careful when you sign up. They set you up with a different company, which is not governed by their 30 day money back guarantee.
