But the part that got me was when Dr. Oz explained how Acai helps you lose weight by reducing hunger and raising energy levels. Acai seemed like the product I had been waiting for all along. And I trusted Oprah not to have shady doctors on, so I had a feeling this wasn’t one of those “too good to be true” diets.
It could have been dumb luck, but the very next day I saw Dr. Oz on the Rachael Ray show talking about how cleansing your colon is a great way to lose unwanted weight.
I don’t know all the medical details, but basically he was explaining how years worth of gunk and junk get trapped in your colon and trap in all sorts of toxins. It’s a thick slime like tar and it ads to your waistline.
